Hybrid Car Tax

If you have a normal car and have it converted to LPG is it then a
hybrid and able to get reduced road tax, reguardless of its engine
size?

It will never be "a hybrid" it could be a dual fuel vehicle, which may
then qualify as an alternative fuel vehicle and have some tax
advantages, primarily exemption from congestion charge. However to
qualify it has to be a vehicle for which the manufacturer or converter
has obtain listing on the Powershift register and few manufacturers
bother.

Don't think there's much point in that now as Red Ken appears to have
abolished the grants, and the exemption.
