A friend of mine tried one but was a bit disappointed.

Cheap enough off ebay and easy to fit (assuming enough space behind bumper).

Never tried one but with prices coming down all the time it might be worth
looking at.

Looking like the best choice so far. I need to get the bumper off to
touch up a rust spot right next to it at some point anyway.

I like the look of the Toyota(?) system where they have cameras on all
corners looking down and image process all the images together to show
you a birds eye view of your car and all its surroundings. Probably a bit
out of my league though - although it would be great as a car-PC project
if I had the time.
