Where can I get a cheap car cover? Preferably something like cotton, rather
than synthetic, as it's only to be put over a car that's indoors, and big
enough for an XJ.

Hi

Next door neighbour makes them, I'll try and catch him and let you know
later today. (But he's not cheap). Alternatively why not nip to a cheap
bedding shop, buy some sheets Fiver each and tape them together with carpet
tape.

I've bought two indoor covers, for a Herald and a DS, from Cover-zone,
at about 40 - 50 quid each. Quick service, pretty good fit, well made,
nice people to deal with. No connection other than satisfied customer,
but I'd certainly use them again.
