Don't know if this has been raised before but I picked it up from the
'MoneySavingExpert' web site.

Basically, if enough ordinary motorists can be encouraged to sign up for
this free card then it will be possible to arrange a fuel discount from a
major retailer. Doesn't appear to be anything to lose!
