As it happens,he's right about 'Gorgon' Brown though.

It doesn't. Makes no difference what he says about anything. He's merely
an entertainer.

So he can say whatever he likes and there's no need for any fuss about it?

That's up to his various employers. As far as I'm concerned, yes. After
all so much of what he says is nonsense - albeit entertaining nonsense -
that why would anyone ever take him seriously?

It certainly beats me. But some pols and their supporters seem to react very
badly to him.

Surely you don't mean Gordon "f.ck me I'm thick" mac Shite Features.
You speak about him with a reverance I've not heard since before the
first war about petro^^^^ weapons of mass destuction in Iraq, when
Saddam-ist stooges queued up to say "Saddam Hussein is a great
politician" in front of the Tv news cameras.
>It doesn't. Makes no difference what he says about anything.
Ditto Gordon mac Shite Features.
>He's merely an entertainer.
Yeah right, and if his funnies are no good we can just watch something
else.
Would that we had the same option when it comes to Gordon mac
Shite-Features.

Please watch the quoting - I didn't say that.

It took a bit of editing on your part - omitting the part where Derek
had quoted your words - to make it look as if Derek were attributing
something you hadn't said to you. In context it was clear that he had
done no such thing. Your words were preceded by a single quoting
character, the words you complain about were preceded by a double
quoting character. Little chance for mistakenly assuming that the words
in question were written by you.

Unlike some I edit just what I mean to edit. And in this case the
attribution to the part I quoted had been left out.

Given his reply...

All it needs is to make sure all attributions are correct.

I think you'll find that most people edit what they wish to edit.
Slavishly listing every controbutor in the preceding part of the thread
to appease one person's ego seems excessive.

The reply that shows that exactly as I said he had crrectly quoted your
reply.

True, I didn't include any content from you.
However, the indents are correct.
I'll say ten "Lord Mantlebums" and an "Our leader, Gordon is thy name"
plus ten decades of "The Noseary" to Margaret Bucket.
How's that ?
Derek.

Not so, you quoted and responded to to two points made by Dave. He's
made the error of complaining about you misquoting while himself
omitting content.

At least he's entertaining. Gordon "c.nt" Brown can't even manage that.
I wish the ugly Scot's twat would stop poking his flabby toungue into
his bottom lip, it makes him look even more stupid than he is.

He can't help it, actually it's a prosthesis made of porcine toungue.
They put it in when he had his porcine face transplant,
