Anyone know how much the front and rear anti roll bars are for a Golf R32?
Want to upgrade my Golf V6 4motion ones.
Tried ringing VW but did not get very far as I had no registration number to
search on.

TIA

May find one or two plates to seach on here

Surely a good parts department can find them without that though.

From VW, I'd expect that they're as dear if not dearer than Eibach or
similar. Try another dealer or the likes of GPC.

Just bought one off ebay for £26.  Should dramatically improve the cornering
of my V6 4mo now!!!

I'd be interested to know what it does to the ride.

Info from other newsgroups and forums suggests it does not alter the ride
comfort, just improves the cornering.  Can't make it any worse!!!!!

Not a lot. That's the point of ARBs. You go over a bump, and both
suspensions move up. ARBs are meant to stop one side going down whilst the
other goes up (ie, roll) and that's what they do.

Well yes. So bumps on one side get transferred through to the body as a
rocking motion which is why manufacturers don't simply fit the biggest, most
rigid ARB they can. It is, as always, a trade off between handling and ride.
