Where is the fuel filter in a 1.8/8V Golf?  I bought it and it looks
like a cannister with nipples on each end... does it go under the seat?
Or under the car?   Thanks!

On my '90 8v gti it's under the drivers side of the car, just ahead of the
rear wheel on that side.
