on an old early mk2 gti i once modified the airbox by drilling some
big holes. this gave a nice throaty, rally like sound when putting my
foot down.

can i do anything similar with a carbed 1800 driver??  i'm not a boy
racer but i liked the deep sound which only happened when giving it
full throttle.
