Are Mann air filters for 240 as good as the Volvo OEM?

I'm about to order my overdrive relay from FCP Groton and I saw they
have those air filters for $5.  My friendly dealer sells them for $19.

Does anyone have first-hand experience with those filters?

Highly recommended.

Volvo geeks swear by them.

As for Fram, Volvo geeks swear at them.
