Engine: B230F- There is no voltage going to the fuel pump(external). I
replaced the fuel pump and also the relay. I think that I need to look
at the control unit and/or the air mass meter? Hopefully, someone can
get me started in the right direction, thanks!

Check fuses and contact patch...corrosion is a problem;
Is there KOEO 12v to the relay? Does the relay ground while cranking?
If it grounds, does current flow through the switched side?;
Check underhood wiring for rot.

Do you have a spark?

When the engine wiring harness in my '87 Turbo crumbled, the ignition
quit working and the fuel pump did not have power. The harnesses all
crumble so if yours is original rebuild or replace it, it's not too hard.
