so many possibilities, but might try looking at the fuel pump relay first...
bad solder connections might work at first, but as they warm up, the
connection breaks apart and the pump stops until things cool down a
little...
could also be something plugging up the fuel intake in the tank... had that
happen years ago in a Buick. Would run fine, then slowed down and stalled.
Had to wait until some gunk floated away from the intake!....

Does the tach needle drop like a rock when it stalls? If so, check the
engine wiring harness, if it hasn't been replaced, it will need to be.
