I had a problem with my door key and thought it was the key that was the problem. I then lost the remote so had a guy come from the dealer and he gave me a new remote and made a couple of keys and then those keys didn't work either and he said something was wrong with my lock. I asked if he could fix it and he said that they have about four motors in them. Oh - I thought it was his front door with problems and was going to suggest using the kitchen door for the time being.
