My ABS WARNING LIGHT HAS BEEN COMING ON INTERMITTENTLY FOR A WHILE NOW AND
A SLIGHT MOVEMENT OF THE IGNITION KEY PUTS IT OUT.WHEN IT IS SHOWING ALL
LIGHTS SIDE/INDICATORS BECOME INOPERATIVE.I TOOK IT ON A GRAVEL ROAD THIS
MORNING AND THE ABS IS PHYSICALLY WORKING WHEN LIGHT IS OFF BUT NOT WHEN
LIGHT IS ON.I DID THE DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AS PER HAYNES MANUAL AND IT
SHOWED 1 1 1 NO FAULT. ANY CLUES/ADVICE WOULD BE WELCOME.

Using all caps is very ANNOYING and hard to read.  Your problem was
discussed in detail in August.  For the complete discussion go to:

They key reply was:

The ignition switch fails and keeps these circuits unenergized.  Try
moving the key the smallest amount.

Or just replace it. http://www.volvospeed.com/Repair/ignit_switch.htm --
