I have a 1998 S-70 Turbo that won't start. Fuel pump is working. Installed
new plugs, cap, and rotor (originals had 75000 miles)It has a new ignition
coil assembly, yet doesn't seem to be getting any spark. Possibly the
crank sensor is bad? Or would it be more likely to be the ICM (Ignition
Control Module; at $1300)?

Cheapest is to get a readout of the errorcodes.
