Poorly T5 is now diagnosed

Hi all
Just had my 850 T5 engine given its last rites(both the head and crank
are beyond help).
So if anybody can advise me on the following please?
1) Does the engine from an auto box fit a manual box? I know about the
torque convertor and flywheel but is there anything else.
2) Does the interior from an estate fit a saloon?

Engines are identical- software is different- so use the your original ECU.
Radiator on the manual doesnt have trans oil cooler built in.

Yes, up to where the rear seats are!
