k grind cam

 I have 2 K grind cam shafts for 240 Volvo I am looking at selling
.This cam will give you 136 hp approx in a 240,I also have an adjustable
cam gear to sell too

Price?

That's 136HP in a high compression B23E which also has somewhat larger
valves. It will improve power in the other motors but YMMV as to the amount.

when i compare the valve sizes they do appear to be the same size.most
240 volvo engines are at least 10 to 1 compression.The 84 245 with
automatic transmission is actually 10.3 to 1 with the 160 head.The 405
head will flow a little better at the very top end of things but for
mormal use you would not be able to tell what head you have on it but
the cam you will.I had the same cam in 2 glt cars one with 398 head and
the other with 405 hewad and they seems to perform the same.both would
rev very freely to atleast 5500 rpm
