Is the sunroof switch supposed to be illuminated? I recently purchased
this car and there is no light for this switch. I took it out and
checked it but it is kinda hard to tell. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks,
JB

Yes, it has a bulb inside that is soldered in place.  If you're handy
with a soldering iron you can but the bulbs from Radio Shack (or other
places) and take the switch apart and change it.  The "Volvo fix" is
buying a new switch.
