Hello all,

I've got a 1997 Volvo S40 with sc801 radio. Last week i've ordered a
Alpine chm-s630 + vola2 interface adaptor. Seems to be all quite simle
to install exept the red en yellow wire from the adaptor which have to
be conected to a constant 12v power source and a switched 12v supply.
Can somebody maybe tell me to which wires i need to connect these? My
car is not prewired for a cd changer (as far as i know) and i would
like to install the cd changer in the trunk with the adaptor behind
the radio unit. Any other ideas are more than welcome.

Best regards.

I think your radio connectors are the same as this:

(But I check the newsgroup more often than this email address.)
