940 Rear Seat

Hi,
I have a '91 940 Estate (Wagon), and would like to know if I can fit a rear
seat (bench) from a later model to enjoy the middle child seat?

Are all the fixings there for seat belts etc?

Would any one be able to advise how much I could expect to pay for the rear
seat at a scrap yard? I am in the Cambridgeshire, UK area.

All of the third seats from 7/9 series will fit - all the bolting points
are in place for everything needed.
