2003 V70 Front window problem

I have recently purchased a   2003 V70 and noticed that the front
windows do not go down completely.

The driver front window goes down a littler lower than the passenger
window but you can see both windows above the door frame.

The dealer says this is normal. I might buy it if both windows are at
the same level but they are not.

Is this a normal condition or do I have a problem with the window
regulators?

Thanks.

Tony

There are limits set in the body computer.  The dealer needs to reset
these limits to the proper position, assuming there's nothing else
wrong.

(But I check the newsgroup more often than this email address.)
