When I turn on a turnsignal, I hear this buzzing sound and the lights don't
blink. But when I turn the emergency blinking lights  (all 4 turnsignals
blinking at the same time) they work. How come?
This used to happen before in a more inconsistent manner (sometimes the
turnsignals would work, but sometimes I'd hear the BUZZing sound). Now it's
more consistent and the turnsigals aren't working.

Thanks.

Since the emergency lights are OK, I'ld suspect the "turning signal
switch" .  What I mean by that is the electic stuff connected to the
turning signal lever.  It probably isn't making contact somehow when you
want to do so.  You'll probably get the same sound if your switch does
work, but you don't push the lever up or down far enough.

Does the car has a seat belt reminder light, and is it blinking at th
normal rate? The reminder light uses the same blink relay as th
turnsignals. The relay is an old fashioned electromechanical device (a
least in my -85 245) and, since it's function is load current dependent
it can be worn out in such a way that it functions normally for the loa
of all six lamps, but not for only three. Maybe you should try wit
another relay
