95 850 A/C compressor?

Air con charged & worked fine (ice cold) for 4 or 5 weeks,then still cool
but not iced.Cluth keeps operating on compressor every 20 seconds at all
speeds.Any ideas please.

Sounds like it's time for a leak check.

Probably a slow leak. Try sealant recharge of r132a. If you can live with
it, its not a big deal.

Check the receiver dryer bottle, near the radiator for rust/weeping r134a -
happened to me. It's about 40 bucks. If not, it could be the evaporator -
about $1000 including labor.
