Could be low pressure (enough to *just* operate the low pressure switch)

I wouldn't expect that to be any use whatsoever, first thing to check in
my view is the pressure levels within the system and for that to do it
properly you need pressure gauges.
As a quick test you could try bridging the connections on the low
pressure switch to see if the clutch stays connected.
What's the measured gap in the clutch?
