240 window cranks removal?

Errr... are these the kind with a clippy thing that locks into a groove
in the metal, or does that center piece of the crank pop off to reveal
a screw?

My 240 has a plastic, not a metal crank/handle.

A piece of plastic is snapped in place; use a small flat head
screwdriver to work it out: simple.

This will then reveal the phillips head bolt which affixes the crank.
