That's correct, only clear is available separately, seems to fall off
most often. Mine just fell off a few days ago but it happened when I
closed the trunk lid so I was able to simply glue it back on.

You can often find repair kits at auto parts stores, where you can make
a patch for the hole in the lens. The appearance is not quite up to
that of a new part even if done well, and can look really bad if done
poorly.
