98 S70 w/ 136K miles

My volvo has 136K miles on it.  What maintenance should be done?  I replaced
the spark plugs @ 100K and I've continued to  change the oil regularly.

I replace spark plugs about every 25K - 30K miles.  Here's the Volvo recommended
service chart for your car.
