Anything I should know about regarding the removal of the CEM in a 2006
Volvo XC90? I understand the battery has to be disconnected and the
vehicle has to sit for at least 15 minutes before disconnecting
anything else.

My concern is whether there are any messages that only the dealer can
reset after reconnecting the CEM.

Is for the New York City Firemen who lost their lives on September 11,2001.
The official count is 343, but there was also a volunteer who lost his life
aiding in the initial rescue efforts. And I will never forget them as
long as I live,
nor should any American.

Fuses, relays, and shunts to be exact. I need to get to the fog light relay.

I stand corrected. Apparently I was looking at an older wiring diagram
which has relays. The 2005 and latter models seem to have gotten rid of
the relays.

Needless to say, I still need to remove the CEM and wondering if there
will be any messages that will show up that has to be reset.
