which OBDII reader to buy

Does anybody have any comments on OBDII reader to use for 1999 V70?
I have the cheapest Creader-Launch which reads codes but sometimes
stutters and displays just error message.
I see two other interesting models:

1. AutoXray AXR1500 with PC connection on http://www.etoolcart.com
2. Equus Innova 3110

I have seen some warnings on the forums about failures to read volvos.
Any others in <$200 range?

Let me reply my own question here: I got AutoXray CodeScout 1500 for
some $130 at etoolcart.com and 5 min after unpacking the unit I got the
mysterious code P1332 read from my V70. After selecting Volvo option
description was displayed on the multiline display and the code cleared
without any problems. Good tool.
