heya..

the alarm on my 960 just went off.. and the remote control didn't work
either.. Now the car won't start, the imobilizer is activated i think.
I changed batteries in remote control.. but still it won't start and alarm
is still there. What do i do now???? any idea anyone??

If you have a seperate immobiliser and alarm you will need to disconnect the
power to Immobiliser, check for starting, then disconnect power from alarm
and check for starting. The alarm has an integral immobiliser relay which
doesn't allow the starter motor to operate when alarm is activated.
disconnecting alarm power allows relay to relax restoring starter motor
operation.

All the best, Peter.
