Million Dollar Policy

When I bought a new '96 850 Turbo TLA, the salesman told me several
times that Volvo had a blanket life insurance policy which would pay a
million dollars to the estate of any occupant killed via auto accident
while inside the car.

Was that just puffing, or true?
