'98 v70 sun visors

The sun visors on my 98 V70 seem to "hang" down and do not close flush
with the ceiling. Any idea on how I can get them to stay up?

I need a doctor's prescription for this, though. Any other suggestions
on how to keep them in place without prescription drugs?
