hi, i've got a 94 850 (non-turbo) which will turn over and get gas (not fuel pump), but refuses to catch. any ideas? thanks! jun I going to the basics here, it takes three things to get combustion. Well. four actually. 1- Fuel 2- Fire 3- Air 4- Timing Are you sure you're getting fuel, i.e. maybe your fuel pump relay is bad? Is your distributor and coil making spark? Are your plugs fouled? Are the wires in good shape? Although the early 850s did have a reputation for valves sticking (showed up as cranking, no fire) if not revved occasionally, IIRC. When that happens the engine sounds very unusual when it turn over since there is no valve noise. Not sure a 94 GLT has immobiliser, but anyway I believe the immobiliser would stop the fuel pump also.
