also... i have both low level coolant warning light on and also low
windscreen washer level lights on , and they are both full is there a way
of canceling out the lights without takeing out the bulbs ?

Under the coolant expansion tank is an electrical connection for the
level switch.  Disconnect this connection, and see if the low coolant
light goes out.  If it does, then you have a faulty switch.  If it
doesn't, then you have a short in the wiring somewhere.  The washer
fluid light works the same way, but the switch is somewhat harder to get
to.
