Is there some parts dealer that would sell a cargo cover for a 99 V70 Wagon?
This would be someone other than the dealer.

Do you mean as originally fitted by Volvo, or an after-market compatible?

The Volvo cover (on my UK V70 at any rate) is in the form of a roller blind,
held in a casing which clips on just behind the rear seats. I doubt whether
anyone other than a Volvo dealer would have the exact thing.

Have you tried a breaker's yard? You might find a good one in a V70 which
has suffered a front-end crash.
