no fuel at rail on 940 turbo se estate

My volvo just wont start.There is no fuel at the injector rail.
Can anyone tell me where the pump relay and fuses are housed please.
The ........ manual just says they are in the engine bay.
I have checked fuse No. 1 under the ash tray and thats OK.

Removed pump relay and re-soldered the joints.
Started first time !
