1992 740 wagon Flasher relay location?

I've got what I think is a bad flasher relay for my 1992 740 Volvco
wagon. I want to replace it myself. Assuming it's near the other relays
on the board behind the fuses, how do I remove the fuse board and the
"relay board" so I can replace the flasher relay?  Thanks very much.
