My 940T has a ghost of some sort and I have no idea on what to do.
The driver seat moves up on it's own but wont let me move it back (and
the button also snapped off that controls moving it forward and back,
when I went to try and put it back on there were blue sparks) and I
can't tilt the back rest part down.  The driver side window controls
will roll all the windows down but wont roll the front windows back
up, and my overdrive comes on when ever it feels like it.  My car
needs help... I can't even drive it now since the seat has moved up so
much.  The car runs fine just can't sit in the drivers seat.  Can
someone please help?

It sounds like you have a number of separate isolated problems. Resolder
or replace your overdrive relay, find a replacement seat control panel
at a junkyard and replace that, then either replace or disassemble and
clean the window switches.

I also forgot to mention that only one side of my horn works

I tend to agree with James, but there is one other possibility. If some or
all of these happened at once, I would suspect they share a single ground
connection that has loosened. That could be a challenge to find.
