Well, unless you are prone to forgetting where you last parked the car
your chances of losing it should be pretty small.  And I would hope
that if you offer it for sale you will get some money in return before
turning over the keys.

A sales-oriented website like Ebay or Craiglslist would generate a lot
more buyer interest than one of the news groups.
