My brother is looking at trading his 240 for an 850, but the driver's leg
room is too short for his long-legged 6'6" height.  Has anyone successfully
attempted a do-it-yourself simple modification to slide the 850 driver's
seat back just 2" more?

Thanks,
Pat Q

'Simple'? 'Do-it-yourself'? I think it might actually compromise safety
in a major way. You could maybe re-position the seat mounting securely
on the floor, especially if there were ever to be in future only the one
tall driver so that the seat didn't have to be adjustable. But you'd
still have trouble with the seatbelt and, in the event of an accident,
possibly with the airbag as well.

cheers,

Henry
