I have an '05 S60. There are two 12 volt ports in the car. One in the
center console and one in the rear center. I use them for my satellite
radio power. They both stopped working a few weeks ago. Any ideas
what's wrong? All the fuses on the side panel look ok. What could it
be? Are there more fuses somewhere?

On my XC70, this problem was caused by a blown fuse.  IIRC, the failed
fuse was in the fuse compartment at the drivers side of the dash.  The
XC70 also has fuses in the battery compartment and under the hood.
