2005 S40 windshield fogging up

Strange thing; this started first time this fall (Pacific Northwest).
Only the RIGHT half of the windshield fogs up, along with part of the
front passenger door window. Settings exactly the same for both sides
of the car, 19C (Canauckistan, therefore Celcius).

Had it to the dealer twice. First time they downloaded new software
(?), no difference. Took it back today, guy says he can't find
anything wrong, never heard of this before. Went home to get ready for
the gym, drove back to the dealer on the way there and stopped and
called him to come and look. Still has no clue.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Looks like the same problem much 850 suffers from: the A/C evaporator
(right term?) is leaking.

Is the remaining fog somehow white and greasy?
