Anyone tell me if the disc brakes from a 1984 GTI V/W can be made to work on a 1973 Super Beetle Convert. without too much rework ? For $300 wouldn't it just be plain better to buy the right kit that you know will work? I have done many beetle disc brake conversions and worked on alot of A2 golfs, and don't think it is possible to use the golf(GTI) brakes on a beetle. |
