complete, needs a
little tlc. Mileage 124K. $4.5 - 5k

Define "TLC" (Hee Hee).

Is this a Full Westie, or just a Weekender? If full, how are the
innards?

Try Ebay and/or VWvortex. You will have better results selling your vehicle
there, but furnish photos, a detailed description, and the status of your
title.
