Need fuel cover for 2003 GOLF !!!!!

Hi,

My fuel filler cover broke off.

Where can I get a cheap replacement?

The dealer said these are over $100 for a stupid piece of plastic.

That's new enough you ought to be able to find one in a junkyard. You
might even get lucky and find one the right color.

Does he mean cap? If the fuel flap broke off then it would tear the body

have you seen one take the body panel too? I see several every year from
owners busting them off and as yet to see any body damage. After all it's
only plastic!
