Hi, I have a 2001 VW jetta, that ive had for 2 yrs now.. The check
engine light has been on for half of that time frame. The system runs
toooo lean, Ive hooked her up to computer after computer & changed
everything down to the Mass Air flow (300.00) the Oxygen sensor
(100.00) nothing is working. All the car does is putter down the rd
when it gets warm, & stall out in intersections. I have to keep it @
60 mph in order to actually get to the place i am going. I have no $$
to take it to a dealership (b/c i pay soo much in car pmts) & the
warranty i bought only covers rinky-dink shops. were i know more than
the mechanic.. I was reading a pre blog from pencil neck, stating if
the computer reads "bank is to lean" to change the snow filter... My
car is reading that right now. Should i change the filter in hopes for
a result??
