You could have a simple corrosion problem or ground problem. Whatever the
case, there isn't enough current flow through your tail light circuitry
to supply the needed power to the rest of the bulbs as should be.

Should be an easy fix and it is probably the grounds at the rear tail
lights.
Like Madesio said..............clean all corrosion off the terminals and
bulbs and if you need to add a ground wire or two to the light I won't stop
you! lol
Please make sure that you have the correct bulbs in those sockets too!

yep my money is on a bad ground at the taillamps too.
