Replaced all hoses and water pump. Getting a leak from the plastic
part connected to the water pump. L -shaped two bolts. What is that
part called? Also, other the O ring, How can I seal that part. This is
where the leak is.
Thanks

I'm thinking it's a water outlet part. Any reason to buy one that is
not plastic? Please recommend a on-line parts dealer. I want the best
part.

Probably called the Thermostat Cover.
Plastic is what is commonly found and they do crack sometimes.
Get that new O ring to go with it.  You might even want a new thermostat too
since it will come out with the coolant.
Be careful!
