Sometimes the turn signal stays on (rather than blink on/off).   Same
problem left or right.  It's intermittent.  Most of the time the
blinkers work normally.

Should I replace the blinker?  If so, where is it?

I did note that all my bulbs are working.

Thanks,
AABob

That sounds hazardous. What is the fairly common solution?
