Car has low kms (21000) and still gets good fuel economy BUT the snap is gone - I thought it might be bad fuel so I tried different brands but it still runs the same. I've also tried a couple of different diesel additives but no help there. One load of bottom-of-the-tank diesel can do no end of harm in the TDI system. Been there, done that. How many miles on it? Auto or manual? It seems a little early for the problem, but it could be a clogged intake. Kind of a nasty job to remove and clean, but if you are into DIY it can be done cheap.
