Has anyone experienced piston bearing failure in an 2002. Our engine has
around 80k. Have there been any recalls on these engines.

I let the car sit for 2 weeks then since I started using it again the
tachometer has been erratic, zero then on target then sometimes
pegging.  It sometimes moves when the engine isn't running.
Searching the web it sounds like I need a new instrument cluster.

Would you please advise me in this matter. I accidentally
connected the wrong terminals to the battery some years ago. I am
beginng to work on the car. When ever I turn on ignition the fusible
